Who we are

Construct.Land is the name under which we operate this early-access website, based in Vancouver, Canada. References to “we” and “us” mean the team operating Construct.Land. Privacy questions and requests can be sent to info@construct.land.

What you share

The interest form collects your name, email, company, role, team size and any optional note you provide. We record your registration time and the version of the consent you accepted. Please do not include confidential project details or sensitive personal information in your note.

Why we collect it

We use this information to manage the interest list, understand what teams need, plan early access, respond to enquiries and contact you about Construct.Land early access and launch updates with your consent. Registering does not create a product account, guarantee an invitation or commit you to a purchase. Interest-list information is not displayed publicly or sold.

Hosting, email and service providers

Cloudflare hosts this website and stores registrations in a Cloudflare D1 database. Registration details are also sent through Cloudflare to our launch inbox, hosted by Google Workspace. Access is limited to the people managing the launch and the providers supporting these services.

We plan to use Resend to deliver early-access and launch emails and manage subscriber preferences. Once enabled, Resend will process the contact details needed to deliver those messages, together with delivery and unsubscribe information. This notice describes our planned provider; it does not mean campaign sending is already enabled.

These providers may process information outside Canada, including in the United States. Information processed in another country may be subject to that country's laws and lawful access requests.

Website measurement and security

Cloudflare processes network information, such as IP addresses, to deliver the site and limit abusive requests. We use Cloudflare's website performance measurement to understand page loading and reliability. This site does not use advertising trackers or analytics cookies.

How long information is kept

We keep registration information for the purposes described above while managing early access and launch communications. You can ask us to remove your registration at any time. We may need to retain limited information to document consent, honour a withdrawal request, resolve a dispute or meet legal obligations. A withdrawal record helps prevent you from being added back to future marketing lists.

Your choices and requests

You can withdraw consent to launch emails at any time, or request access to, correction of or deletion of your registration, by emailing info@construct.land. Use the email address you registered with where possible and tell us what you would like changed. We may ask for information needed to verify a request before disclosing or changing personal information.

Marketing emails sent through Resend will include an unsubscribe link. You can also contact us directly to withdraw consent or raise a privacy concern.

Changes to this notice

We will update this page as the service develops and show the revision date above. This notice covers the marketing website and early-access interest list; product accounts will have their own applicable disclosures when offered.
